Ryan came to the Delmarva team in 2016 after spending the beginning of his career in Virginia working on heavy civil public infrastructure projects and large-scale site development. A 2009 graduate of Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, he leverages his experience, technical, and analytical skills to deliver value to our clients in both the preconstruction and operational phases.
