The Beech Tree community located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland encompasses in excess of 1,200 acres of land and includes over 1,700 single family, 500 townhouses, and 240 multi-family residential units as well as commercial pad sites and a championship golf course. The project has been actively under construction since 2002 and represents one of the larger master-planned communities in Prince George’s County.
