This development’s proximity to the nearby metro station and quick access to Route 50 and the Capital Beltway make it a premier location for those looking for an easy commute to Washington, D.C. and surrounding areas.
Delmarva provided a turn-key development package on this project for our client, Stanley Martin Homes. The Delmarva team applied its industry knowledge to drive the success of Metro Pointe, handling every aspect of the project delivery from site evaluation through construction.
